Ethics, Policies, Disclaimer, and Terms of Service

By scheduling or purchasing any service offered by Norely Charreton, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms of service. Thank you for placing your trust in me.

My Ethics

Inclusivity: No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, spiritual beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, or age, I will respect you and hold a loving space for you. All are welcome here.
Honesty and Integrity: I represent myself and my abilities with honesty and integrity. I will be upfront about what I can and cannot sense or intuit for you.
Confidentiality: Your session will be treated with the utmost respect for your confidentiality. Your information will never be shared with anyone.
Professional Boundaries: I will never personally solicit anyone for business. If you wish to see me, I will always leave the initiation of that connection to you.
Addiction and Dependence: If I feel your behavior is addictive, I may refuse to provide further services. I do not encourage addiction to psychics, astrologers, tarot readers, or any other healing modality.
Age Requirements: I will not provide services for anyone under the age of 18 without a parent present, and I will not work with anyone under the age of 16.
Empowerment: I believe your future is in your hands. You have the free will and ability to change anything you do not like in the session.
Trauma-Informed Practice: I practice from a perspective that recognizes the toxic and traumatic effects of various forms of oppression in our everyday lives. I do my best to create a safe space for those affected by oppression or trauma.
Ethical Boundaries: While I will honor your questions, my services do not include diagnosing illnesses, finding cures, addressing possible demon possessions, or answering questions related to dark energies or dark magic. I also do not provide services for anyone under the influence of intoxicants.
Right to Decline Service: I reserve the right to decline providing any service that violates my personal ethics. If I feel that I am not the right practitioner for you, I will do my best to refer you to another trustworthy and ethical professional.

Disclaimer

Personal Responsibility: The guidance provided through my services is intended to support your personal empowerment. However, I do not, and will not, dictate your choices or impede your free will. Your decisions are your own responsibility.
Professional Boundaries: By participating in my services, you acknowledge that I am not a lawyer, licensed psychologist, financial advisor, business consultant, or health care professional. My services do not replace the care of these professionals, and should not be construed as psychological counseling, legal advice, financial planning, or medical treatment.
No Guarantees: I am not a fortune teller, and any predictions or insights provided are expressions of opinion and not guaranteed outcomes. The future is dynamic and ever-changing. The insights shared are a reflection of the current moment and can change based on your actions and decisions.
Legal and Financial Responsibility: All information provided during a session is intended as guidance and is subject to your own interpretation. Any decisions and actions you take based on this guidance are your sole personal and legal responsibility. If you require specific legal, financial, psychological, medical, or other advice, please seek a licensed professional.
Entertainment and Spiritual Purposes: While I take my practice seriously, the services provided are for spiritual and entertainment purposes. You agree to receive these services on that basis, acknowledging the limitations inherent in such practices.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session up to three months from the original date of booking. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. This is to respect both your time and mine.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not rescheduled or canceled in advance, the session fee will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, the time will be deducted from your scheduled service. To respect all clients, sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of the start time.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact me, and I will do my best to address your concerns.

Liability

I accept no liability for future outcomes based on the services provided. Your choices and actions are your responsibility, and any outcomes resulting from those choices are not the responsibility of Norely Charreton or any associated entities.

By scheduling and/or paying for any service, you attest that you have read and accepted these terms of service and that you are over 18 years of age. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
